During 2010 Borrow a Bloke Maintenance provided a route for commercial clients to gain access to additional services. We have developed an automated, auditable report process and within 20 minutes of our visit, you have a report delivered. As an approved electrical contractor and domestic installer, our range of services has grown and now encompasses the full range of home electrical work, office and factory maintenance and installation, and PAT testing services.

Commercial Property Maintenance

We provide a single point of contact for a range of building and facilities management services including installation, maintenance, moves management and ad-hoc projects allowing our clients to focus on their core business.

We work for a diverse range of organisations, delivering individually tailored services in order to offer a flexible and integrated service. Our clients include property consultants and agents, serviced office facilities, schools, retail outlets, religious buildings and owner occupied offices, Our pro-active approach provides an efficient response, backed up with an experienced management team to ensure client expectations are met.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Prevention is always better than reaction, which is why we offer a planned preventative maintenance service (PPM) to our commercial clients. We schedule visits to your property at pre agreed intervals to make sure everything is working efficiently, and to check for signs of wear and tear, that without attention could lead to an expensive and inconvenient failure.

Our aim is to identify any problems before they happen, and replace or update where necessary to ensure your property is safe and sound. We have a small monthly charge for our preventative service, but should reassure you that maintaining your property in this way almost always works out cheaper over time, we can tailor our service to your every need and build in an element of emergency call-out cover if you require.

In the main Regular servicing and replacement of component parts increases the lifespan of essential items for instance when your boiler runs efficiently it saves on your energy bills. It's also difficult to put a price on peace of mind. Knowing your property is running like clockwork is worth its weight in gold.

Our periodic visits will highlight any faults or potential problem areas that need addressing and we'll prepare a report detailing any work we recommend doing. The visit also allows us to sort out all sorts of odd jobs - the niggling tasks that never seem to get done. Changing your broken light bulbs, for example, is all part of our service with a smile.

PCS is an independent and cost effective auditable report process, exclusively for Landlords and Letting Agents, we take the task of checking the condition of your property and delivering an impartial report with media, at a very competitive cost.
